Blue Palace Resort and Spa is excited to unveil a new addition to its culinary family, Flame. Flame specializes in expertly cooked steak dishes prepared from finest quality, locally sourced meat with a distinct flavor and fragrance. Classic and signature cuts, some exclusive, are served on large wooden platters, complemented by the freshest ingredients from carefully selected small-scale producers in the surrounding area.

Many of the specialty herbs and vegetables are handpicked by our chefs shortly before preparation, direct from the restaurant’s purpose-built gardens. Guests will have the opportunity to visit these gardens and learn about the herbs used in the kitchen.

Expert Tips:

• Visits can be arranged to Flame’s local suppliers – including cattle farms, olive groves, vineyards and dairies – who will be happy to present their products and explain the production process.

• Flame will be featuring Cretan handcrafted traditional knives instead of the traditional steak knives. At Flame in Blue Palace Resort and Spa you can find  the''Koka'' Dagger (handle made of 100% olive wood and stainless steel blade), the ''Moka'' knife (handle made of 100% olive wood and stainless steel blade) and  the ''Queen'' Dagger (handle made of 100% cattle horn with an Aries head finishing and stainless steel blade).

The Flame experience can also be savored at The Dunes Course Clubhouse at Costa Navarino in Messinia.
