Water Aerobics
45 minutes 

A fitness program in our Talassotherapy Pool where increased resistance promotes muscle endurance and allows the joints to move more freely, improving flexibility and adding a serious element of play.

Body Workout 45 minutes

Exercise and training which increases the heart rate stimulates blood circulation, strengthens the lung and heart muscles and is ideal for weight loss.

Step Workout 35 minutes 

Step work out is particularly beneficial for developing and strengthening the muscles in your legs, spine and hips.  Additionally it works excellent for fat burning and is good for strengthening bones. (Necessary athletic shoes)

Basic Pilates 45 minutes 

Pilates is an enjoyable exercise experience that is fun, creative and easy to learn. This unique conditioning system stretches and strengthens the whole body, improves posture, and provides you with a long, lean, sculpted figure.

Private Yoga 60 minutes

Yoga helps to find more balance, more strength, and more flexibility. Yoga helps to calm down the nerves, it brings down the blood pressure and the heart beat. Therefor it is extremely helpful in this modern times with a lot of external pressure and competition. You don't need to be 'super-fit' to do yoga. Everybody has stronger and weaker parts in his body.

Prenatal Yoga 60 minutes 

The class is a gently flowing practice that will help address common challenges women face throughout their pregnancy. Classes will help improve circulation, ease digestion, maintain a limber spine, strengthen your uterus and pelvic muscles, and simply make you more at ease throughout your pregnancy. Previous exercise experience is necessary, but no previous Yoga experience is required.

Kids Yoga 60 minutes

Kids Yoga uses yoga as a platform to introduce children to a healthier lifestyle from a young age. The benefits for children are significant - from increased flexibility, strength, stamina, self-confidence, and coordination to promote self-discipline, concentration, and teamwork.
