An Organic Menu for your next meeting!
Our Executive Chef inspired by the local cuisine of Crete creates the Organic Menu with its roots to the environment. With all suppliers located near the Resort, transportation is kept to the minimum. Dishes are prepared with Cretan virgin olive oil and the freshest and healthiest produce and accompanied by bio wine!

  • Tomato soup with ‘xynohondro’
  • Garden greens salad with ‘apaki’ and sour cheese ‘Mitzithra’
